Included in service: tablescape decor rentals + photo booth

Management Process:

  • Service begins 3-4 months prior to contracted date

  • Contract review of all vendors signed by clients

  • Manage wedding file previously assigned to each client during planning process

  • Produce and distribute master sheets from files to contracted vendors.

  • Master sheets include: vendors info, set up notes, seating chart and floor plan(s)

  • Produce detailed play by play timeline catered to clients requests.

  • Communicate venues policies on vendors load in and out including setup and tear down details

  • Review and confirm invoices and orders prior to delivery date.

  • Orchestrate rehearsal with contracted vendors, bridal party and family.

  • Communicate and oversee venue set up correlated to approved floor plan

  • Assist guest concierge with seating and program ordinance

  • Setup details provided by clients including welcome table decor, table numbers, escort cards, favors etc.

  • Execute client approved timeline with all vendors including DJ/MC, officiants, musicians, banquet captains and staff.

  • Handle final installments and gratuities for vendors upon request.

  • 3-4 assistants included in Partial Planning Service. Additional assistants needed will be based on location, size of wedding and setup time frame.

  • Tablescape rentals include: table numbers, hurricane or taper candles, votives, card box, welcome mirror + signage, easels, cake stand, cake knife and server etc.

  • 6 hours minimum of photo booth - open air concept

  • Props and upgraded backdrop to white or grey marble design

  • photo booth reset and idle time rate included

  • Unlimited prints and online gallery included.

  • Upgrade to scrapbook - available upon request
